Virtual Library

The full-text Virtual Library contains papers, reports, case studies, presentations, and other materials. We encourage and invite you to send your work to us for inclusion.

All papers are copyright protected. To view or print the PDF formatted files, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. PDF information.

We are honored to present the Berkeley Collection of Working Papers. From 1998 - 2002, the Center for Working Families at Berkeley produced an impressive body of work, including a number of cutting-edge working and occasional papers. Please read these exceptional papers.

And don't miss the Wharton Work/Life Integration Project--Case Studies. Our users have been very impressed with these in-depth case studies that focus on cultural change.

The Purpose of the Library is to:

  • Provide a central online site for authors/organizations to disseminate works to a wide audience.

  • Facilitate access to cutting-edge work for researchers, business leaders, policy makers, and others interested in work and family issues;
The Library will include:

Any works related to work and family issues that contribute to the body of knowledge, such as papers, working papers, reports, presentations, case studies, etc.

Papers that have been published by private research organizations or in journals or books are welcome if you have permission from the publisher in writing (e-mail or fax).

To include your work:

  1. Send your permission (and any co-authors) to the Network. If published, please also send permission from the publisher to post the work.

  2. Please e-mail a full-text version in PDF or Microsoft Word (PC): wfnetwork@bc.edu. (Please note: We are not responsible for re-formatting papers not sent in Microsoft Word.)

Questions?  Please contact wfnetwork@bc.edu.
