Biography:

Boris B. Baltes, Ph.D. is Associate Professor of I/O Psychology at Wayne State University in Detroit. He received his Ph.D. in I/O Psychology from Northern Illinois University in 1998. He has a BA in Economics and a MBA in International Business from University of Wisconsin, Madison. His research interests include: biases in performance appraisal, organizational climate, and strategies for dealing with work-family conflict. His work appears in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and the Journal of Business and Psychology.  He is on the editorial board of the Journal of Organizational Behavior and the Journal of Business and Psychology.
