Biography:
Melissa Warner is currently completing her PhD in I-O Psychology at the University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada, and is a Leadership Consultant at Canadian Tire Corporation. Melissa has both research and practical experience within the public sector, specializing in leadership development, Functional Job Analysis (FJA) and healthy workplace initiatives. Her research interests are in the areas of workplace support, work-family balance and leadership and she is a certified Functional Job Analyst. Melissa has taught Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Wilfrid Laurier University and Organizational Psychology the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada.
