Biography:
Katherina Kuschel focuses on economic based work-life balance decisions and public university professorsors' organizational commitment volatility. She collaborates with an international research team interested in the collateral psychosocial effects of the new entrepreneurial organization of work in public universities and hospitals as a doctoral candidate in the Department of Social Psychology at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. She holds a B.A. in Commercial Engineering from the Universidad del Desarrollo, Chile, and is trained as an economist specializing in Employment, Corporate Social Responsibility, Organizational Development, and Gender issues.
