Biography:
Alysa D. Lambert is an Assistant Professor of Business in the School of Business at Indiana University Southeast, New Albany, IN. She has a Ph.D. in Organizational Studies with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the University at Albany in Albany, NY. She also has a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Her major research and teaching interests focus in human resources, specifically in work-life balance issues, such as flexible work arrangements, workplace discrimination and gender stereotypes. Her research can be seen in the Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Applied Management and Entrepreneurship, and Human Resource Management. She was selected to the 2008 Early Career Scholars Program through the Sloan Work and Family Research Network at Boston College.
