However, in that vein, so are employees, more specifically people getting laid off. Small biz numbers are going up and more and more people are trying to be more self sufficient. To stay in business, they have to be able to get more from less. Flexibility is key, squeeze as much as possible. He's from an IT background and can't understand why the industry which has made workplace flexibility more possible than ever before can't get its head around it.
