This is kind of good and kind of bad. Its good that the men can now have leave to take care of the women for the beginning of their babies life. The bad is people will start taking advantage of the system, having kids so they can get more leave.

I was hurt at work and after one week my doctor states that I can work but I am not allowed to drive and I can not pick up any (zero) weight. I am a caseworker carrying a caseload with DYFS My employer told me that I can not go to work since the doctor is stating limitations since I am a casload carrying worker. Will I still be paid under medical leave or workmans Comp?

Congratulations on starting your blog. I really believe this is an excellent way to share information -- and to have conversations on work and family and other important issues.

I'm looking forward to reading more of your posts.
