Corday: Please give an overview of the study on which your new book, Working Couples Caring for Children and Aging Parents, is based.
Neal: In this study, we focused on individuals who are caring for both children and elderly parents. There has been research focused on people caring for one of these groups and working outside of the home, and a few studies have looked at workers with multiple family responsibilities, but not many.
